What products do you recommend for Oily skin types?

What products do you recommend for Ageing skin?

What products do you recommend for Pigmentation?

Whats the expiration date on your products?
All Skin Sister products have a shelf life of 3 years from production, 1 year after opening.
Are your products pregnancy safe?
AHAs and Retinol products are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, so for this reason we recommend not using Goldy Drops during these times. All other Skin Sister products are safe however you should always consult with your doctor while using any new products while nursing or pregnant.
Do you test your products on animals?
No.. we will never include any ingredients that have been tested on animals in our products, the Skin Sister range is completely cruelty free.
Are your products natural?
While we always opt for the more natural and eco friendly ingredients to use within our products where possible, sometimes it just isn't always possible.
When we have to pick between a natural product which is a known allergen and may cause reactions when applied to the skin, verse a low-hazard man made ingredient which is hypoallergenic, we will pick the more skin friendly, hypoallergenic ingredient every time. We care about your skin first and foremost and pick the best ingredients based on the results we can achieve with them, not their natural or synthetic label.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are hand made and poured in small batch right here in Sydney, Australia.
Can I get samples?
At this time we are not offering samples, BUT we are actively working on it and aim to have mini / sample size products in productions very soon.
Where is my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information, if you have not received your tracking information please email our customer service team at info@skinsister.com.au and we will be able to source it for you. We can not control delays within Australia Post at this time.
What is my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged please take a photo of the damaged item/s and email our customer service team at info@skinsister.com.au immediately.
Can I get a refund?
As our products are for personal care, we can not resell returned items so we do not offer refunds for change of mind; this applies for our entire Skin Sister range.
